Investment Company RENORD CJSC acquires KONTUR LLC, KONTUR SPb LLC and Transport Company KONTUR LLC

The acquired assets comprise the following companies: KONTUR LLC operating six vessels with total deadweight amounting to 7,000 tonnes, trading company KONTUR SPb LLC and Transport Company KONTUR LLC operating its own fleet of vehicles comprising 28 trucks. Owners of KONTUR Group signed documents on transfer of their assets to Investment Company RENORD CJSC. The head of KONTUR Group established by Investment Company RENORD CJSC on the basis of the acquired assets is Igor Chernobrovkin.
